Dear Middle School Parents,

If you were able to participate in Parents Weekend, we hope you enjoyed your time on campus with your child's teachers and advisor. Parents can access student's grades and teacher comments through My BackPack.

Classes will resume Wednesday, Oct. 18, at 8:30 a.m., as we start the second half of our fall trimester.

Parent Survey for Spring Art Show & Concert

We need your input in setting a date for our popular Spring Art Show & Concert. Please take a moment to offer your feedback.

Halloween Costume Parade

The Middle School will hold its annual costume parade on Tuesday, Oct. 31, during L2 lunch. Students wishing to participate may wear a costume to school on Halloween. Prizes will be awarded in several different categories.

SSAT Update

All Grade 8 students will take the SSAT. Some test preparation is recommended. Mr. Whitcomb, a veteran of test strategies from his work with Advanced Placement and International Baccalaureate students, will work with interested students after school on select Wednesdays, from noon - 12:30 p.m. Please send him an email if you are interested in learning more.

WMA Titan Parents Walk and Talk

Tuesday mornings

Please join other WMA Titan Parents for a walk around the "Triangle"

(almost 1.7 miles per lap).

Meet us at the WMA tennis parking lot at 7:30 a.m. for Lap 1

or at 8 a.m. for Lap 2. All are welcome.

Paint & Sip Night

Wednesday, Nov. 8, 6:30 - 9 p.m.

WMA Walking History Tour

Saturday, Nov. 4, 2 - 3 p.m.

Enjoy a guided campus tour with Director of Archives Janet Moran, who is also an alumni parent, to discover the interesting history of Wilbraham & Monson Academy. The tour will begin in Rich Hall lobby with an explanation of the beautiful wall mural and continue up the hill to our oldest buildings, learning history from the Academy's beginning to present day.

Please wear comfortable shoes.
