Ever since I was a little girl, my mom would ask everyone at theThanksgiving table to share a few things they were thankful for. This always led to laughter as someone would be thankful for something out of the ordinary. I'll always remember my young cousin being thankful for peanut butter because, as she said, "it gets gum out of hair so my mom didn't have to cut half my hair off!"
So as I'm thinking of the things I am thankful for this year, I must add each of you! Thank you for allowing me to help you stay connected to WMA, for sharing your memories of your time here and for your love of the Academy which I now share with you.
Happy Thanksgiving to you and your families.
