June 8-11 Updates
This is one of Austin Little and Will Awad watching a young student learning to embroider at the Vietnam Friendship Village.
The Friendship Village was built by American veteran, George Mizo between 1988 and 1998, as a place to which veterans who had been exposed to Agent Orange, and children born with Agent Orange related disabilities could go for medical care and vocational training. Mizo died in 2004 from Agent Orange related illness, but volunteers continue his work in Hanoi.

This lake is also significant because it happens to be the place where John McCain crashed his plane in 1967. His crash and capture are commemorated with a monument that stands by the lake.
