Thursday afternoon, February 7, students worked in the kitchen to prepare special New Year's dishes for a dinner celebration. Banners were hung on the front of Rich Hall. Dragons, lanterns, and red table cloths decorated Lak Dining Hall in preparation of the feast. Students and faculty enjoyed the excellent food, milk tea with pearls, Chinese rice pudding, and Chinese music.
