Varsity Boys Soccer vs. Loomis Chaffee School
Event Type: Regular
Advantage:Home
Date: October 8, 2011
Result:Loss
Score:0 - 2
Event Recap:
The Titans conceded two first half goals to fall at home 2-0. Loomis applied early pressure and scored midway though the opening half.  WMA had one spectacular chance when a LC back cleared a ball off the line and Adolph Kawuba's strike was parried by the keeper.  LC added a second goal late in the half to end the scoring.  The Titans  continue to play very attractive soccer for periods of time, but timing of runs  and technical proficiency continue to plague the side.  Centre back Phil Antonnaci had a stellar match as did fellow back Nick Martinelli.  Keeper Ryan McClarney finished with 18 saves.   The team falls to 1-5.
