Boys' Lax qualifies for playoffs
The Titans beat Kingswood Oxford 14-7 Wednesday to clinch a spot in the WNESSLA Tournament.
Boys' Volleyball beats Phillips Andover
The Titans will conclude their season at the Founding Four Tournament Saturday at NMH.

A win over Cheshire Wednesday would put the Titans in the playoffs.

Event Recap:
Girls Varsity field hockey lost their Saturday contest to Suffield Academy 0-5. The first half proved to be the most difficult for the lady Titans. Suffield went up 0-4 in the first half. However, the Titans did not give up on the game.

After half time, the girls picked up their intensity and held Suffield to one goal in the second half. Allie Cerpovicz had an excellent game as the center midfield with multiple defensive block tackles and passes to the forward line. Allie also was the fly on corners and stopped over five Suffield corners. The forward continues to improve. Richelle Davis made some beautiful passes to Julia Bell and Christine O'Donnell.

The Titans defense had a great showing second half led by Vicky Liu. Sarah Goolishian had an impressive game, which included multiple interceptions and a perfect reverse sweep pass to the midfield. Hope Williams also came up big for the Titans as trail on corners. If Allie did not disrupt the corner as fly, Hope followed behind to break up the play herself.

The Titans will continue their streak of home games on Wednesday October 5th, at 4pm against Williams.

Also the team will be participating in a nation-wide event. On October 15th, the team will "Play 4 the Cure." Stay tuned for more information and ways to help the team raise awareness about breast cancer.
