Fulfilling Wilbraham & Monson Academy’s mission to develop global citizens and leaders. To prepare each student for the challenges of higher education and for success as a global citizen, we promote intellectual development, physical health, personal accountability, mutual respect and commitment to service.
We believe participation in a CIT program will help develop behavior traits that are useful in the future...good communication, team building, goal setting and conflict resolution skills. We believe you can be that special leader who is able to build a sense of community and instill leadership, participation and cooperation in others.
