Field Hockey

Members of the Wilbraham & Monson Academy Field Hockey program follow three rules every day: show up, give 100-percent effort and be a great teammate. If players follow those three guidelines, the TEAM will be able to conquer all challenges on and off the field hockey field.

The WMA Field Hockey program, however, covers much more than just field hockey.

At the end of every practice, the team addresses such topics as character, values, academics, college, relationships, substance abuse, mental health, physical fitness or whatever the hot topic of the day may be. The program’s primary goal isn’t to mold girls into great field hockey players – the goal is to build educated, honest, hard-working leaders.
