Volleyball - Girls' Varsity
The Girls’ Volleyball program at Wilbraham & Monson Academy has enjoyed success on several levels over the past few years. One recent highlight for the program is the recognition of the Class B schools by the New England Prep School Fall Girls Volleyball Association (NEPSFGVA).
There are currently 27 schools in the Class B Division. As a result of the restructuring, the Titans are eligible to participate in both the postseason tournament and the all-league All-Star tournament.
Kana Brajkovic '19 and Natsumi Suzuki '20 secured important points with their powerful serve. Gorana Puzovic '19 and Rhaymi Porter '21 also worked together well to score on spikes and blocks. Game scores: 25-17, 22-25, 15-25, 25-22 and 17-15.
The Titans lost but played well, and were very close to winning the third set. There were major improvements for the team in several areas like passing and serving. Zhimin "Angela" Chen '19 and Claire Casey '20 played very well, winning quite a few points for their team. Great team effort by the Titans.
The Titans played well especially in first and third sets, falling 21-25, 13-25 and 21-25. Natsumi Yuzuki had a great game, receiving and passing extremely well. Claire Casey '20 also played great as a setter. She was very consistent and fast on every ball.
The Titans played well and tried hard on every point. Zhimin "Angela" Chen '19 had a great serve; Rhaymi Porter '21 brought many points to the team with her kills, and Emily Fafard '20 showed consistency and good work at the net.

Good game for the Titans who tried hard until the end. Natsumi Suzuki '20 was on every ball, receiving and serving well. Rhaymi Porter '21 had a great game as well with several kills, good serves and good defense.
WMA lost 9-25, 22-25, 21-25
The Titans played very well and won the first set. Natsumi Suzuki '20, Emily Fafard '20 and Kana Brajkovic '19 gave good efforts and great play. These players fought for every ball and secured many points for the team.
Two players stood out. Natsumi Suzuki '20 played an excellent game; she was aggressive and put 100 percent effort and hard work into every ball, hitting the floor many times to save a point.
Rhaymi Porter '21 composed her will and power to score on kills and great passes. Natsumi Suzuki '20 saved many balls, was great at passing and serving, and had good digs.
