Girls Lacrosse

Program Overview
The Wilbraham & Monson Academy Girls Lacrosse program is characterized by a dedication to discipline, teamwork and the celebration of excellence. In recent years, WMA lacrosse has evolved into a NEPSAC powerhouse, punctuated by a 13-0 season in 2025.
WMA lacrosse is focused on each individual striving daily to improve, developing physical skills, mental toughness and a love for the game that is evidenced by a sense of joy in competition. Our athletes enjoy a tight bond as teammates, supporting each other on and off the field, and taking pride in their common pursuit - and achievement - of elite performance.
WMA lacrosse maintains close relationships with a multitude of collegiate programs, and several players have moved on to play NCAA lacrosse at the Division I, II and III levels. Players are supported through excellent coaching focused on each player developing in an individualized fashion.
We are also privileged to have an outstanding strength and conditioning program, where athletes are able to improve their physical abilities, with a personalized plan, under the leadership and mentorship of a certified strength and conditioning coach.
WMA Girls Lacrosse takes pride in instilling positive values, shared success, the joy of sport and Titan memories that truly last a lifetime.
