Refreshments and dinner to begin at 6 p.m.

Join our annual celebration of the final week of the academic year under the tent by the Athletic Center track, where you can enjoy the company of fellow WMA parents and savor a delicious BBQ dinner!  

This event is planned in congruence with the Junior/Senior Prom and the end-of-year Middle School Student Party. All Middle and Upper School parents/guardians/relatives are invited, even if your student doesn’t plan to attend either of these events.

Note: Beer and wine are being served, so we appreciate your cooperation with adult-only (21+) attendance.

Parking note: Please do not park in the Tennis Parking Lot as this lot will be used for Prom transportation. Parking is available at the Athletic Center, Admissions, Mattern, Business Office and across from the baseball field. Please see the campus map for parking lot locations.
