9:15 - 10 a.m.: Pin Ceremony in Gill Memorial Hall (for Grade 8 parents/guardians, Grade 6-8 students)

Pin Ceremony

In 2023, we began a tradition at WMA - the Moving Up Pin Ceremony for Grade 8 students. The Pin Ceremony is a special event to celebrate our soon-to-be Middle School graduates. During the ceremony, each Grade 8 student will receive their WMA Middle School lapel pin.

Q&A - new this year!

We will be adding a Q&A with Melissa Earls, Associate Head of School & Dean of Academics, prior to the Pin Ceremony and we welcome Grade 7 and 8 parents/guardians the opportunity to learn more about Upper School programs, curriculum and community. Melissa will provide a brief overview of the Upper School curriculum and answer any questions.
