Middle School Summer Book Club

Every summer we both get so excited for the extra time to delve into the books that have been recommended throughout the year. As you all know, immersing ourselves in the worlds created by favorite authors is a No. 1 pastime for both of us. In an effort to create a way for us to read together while also keeping in touch over the summer, we put together OUR VERY OWN BOOK CLUB!  The first book that we have chosen is "Pet," and it comes as a Nutmeg recommendation. We can’t wait to start reading it!

Below you will see the tentative schedule for our book club meetings. We will meet every Tuesday for 10 weeks throughout the summer at 11 a.m. EDT using the following Zoom link: https://zoom.us/j/92222944806

Feel free to attend one or both of the meetings for any of the books you choose to read, or enjoy on your own, and we will look forward to catching up with everyone at the start of the school year. Our expectation is that you read at least one book, organized on the next page, but feel free to read beyond those constraints as well, and certainly do not feel that you need to stop at just one.

Happy Reading,

JRoh & Mrs. Cavanaugh
